What is Good Energy?
An exact definition of "Good Energy" is elusive, but we know when we are in the presence of it because it makes us feel good! Good Energy is all the good stuff: love, joy, happiness, bliss, kindness, acceptance, safety, appreciation, and recognition. One of our greatest desires is for Paya Bay to be a place where you can always find the warm glow of Good Energy. While you are here, we invite you to add your own special flavor of Good Energy to the mix.

Holding Space for Good Energy
We like the concept of "holding space" for Good Energy. When, as individuals, we operate from the heart center, and honor and respect the rights of others (see video in next column), we maintain and nurture a space for Good Energy to exist around us. When we proactively do good, caring, and kind things for other people, our animals, and our planet, we nourish and add to the supply of Good Energy. This energy gets brighter, vibrates faster, and feels even better when we do our best to make sure no one (and no thing) is being left out of its warm glow.
