Walking

Paya Bay has a quarter-mile walking trail right on the property. Add in the additional paths and you have many choices for a brisk cardio strengthening walk or leisurely, romantic walk with your significant other.

Running

If a nice heart rate raising run is how you like to get our day off to a great start, Paya Bay has the perfect track for you. The run from from the resort center along the access road and then on the highway that goes by the property is a beautiful and challenging running course. The inclines and hills will test your endurance but the views of the island from atop them will make every drop of sweat worth it!

Swimming

A couple of laps from one end to Bliss Beach to the other will get your heart racing and those calories aburning. We have some set swimming times when guests are encouraged to converge on the beach for swimming.
