Currency Conversion Fees
If you use your credit card while in Honduras your bank or card issuer may charge a small foreign transaction fee. Contact your card issuer to understand their terms and fees.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy
A $250 per person deposit is required to hold a room(s) with us. See Accepted Payment. If a cancellation occurs, the deposit is non-refundable, but it can be used as a credit towards a future stay. Payment in full needs to be received 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations for packages must be in WRITING and sent to us 30 days prior to arrival date by email or by fax. See Contact

Refunds are made as a transferable credit voucher applicable to a future stay valid for one year from the issue date for any unused portion of a land package.
Day Trips (Shore Excursion Policy)
If you are arriving on a cruise ship and are participating in our Day Trip program (note that this program is limited to a maximum of 10 people per cruise ship day), we will provide a full refund if your ship is unable to dock because of adverse weather. No refunds will be provided, however, for NO SHOWS at the cruise terminal.
